Privacy policy

1. Data we may process

Depending on the flow, this can include:

• email, name, phone / WhatsApp;
• Telegram data when linking an account or signing in via Mini App;
• exchange deal data (amounts, currencies, payout method, delivery address, bank details);
• document / receipt images you upload;
• technical data (IP, cookies, security logs) needed to run the site.

2. Purposes

• registration and cabinet access;
• fulfilling exchange deals and support communication;
• compliance and fraud prevention;
• service improvement and infrastructure security;
• legal duties once the operator’s jurisdiction is defined.

3. Legal bases (placeholder)

Specific bases (consent, contract, legitimate interest, etc.) will be confirmed after counsel review and entity setup.

4. Sharing

Data may be shared with infrastructure providers (hosting, email, error tracking) and partners required to fulfill a deal — only as needed for the purpose. We do not sell personal data.

5. Retention

Data is kept as long as needed for the purposes above and for dispute / legal defense, then deleted or anonymized under the operator’s future detailed policy.
