How to choose your VND payout after paying in rubles: cash delivery, ATM withdrawal, or a local bank transfer.
Online RUB → VND differs from a street booth because you see the final amount before you pay and lock the rate (60 minutes on our side). Then you choose how to receive dong.
1. Cash delivery (cash)
Courier or meetup: hotel, district, or airport — coordinated with support. Best for travelers without a Vietnamese bank account who need cash on hand.

2. ATM (including QR where available)
Useful when you do not want to carry a large cash stack from a courier: withdraw VND via an agreed ATM flow (cardless QR when offered for your deal).
Ask support for current cities and withdrawal limits. Handy if you are already in-country.
3. Transfer to a Vietnamese account (bank_vn)
If you (or the recipient) have a VN bank account, VND can land as a transfer. Less physical cash — more dependency on correct details and bank posting times.
Deals collect bank name, account number, and beneficiary.
