How to choose your VND payout after paying in rubles: cash delivery, ATM withdrawal, or a local bank transfer.
Online RUB → VND differs from a street booth because you see the final amount before you pay and lock the rate (60 minutes on our side). Then you choose how to receive dong.
1. Cash delivery (cash)
Courier or meetup: hotel, district, or airport — coordinated with support. Best for travelers without a Vietnamese bank account who need cash on hand.

2. ATM (including QR where available)
Useful when you do not want to carry a large cash stack from a courier: withdraw VND via an ATM agreed with your manager.
Ask support for current cities, ATMs, and withdrawal limits. Handy if you are already in-country and do not want to wait for a large cash delivery.
3. Transfer to a Vietnamese account (bank_vn)
If you (or the recipient) have a VN bank account, VND can land as a transfer. Less physical cash and a faster exchange.
Deals collect bank name, account number, and beneficiary.
